Fabulous company, had a question about the handwritten engraving as I needed a few words from the written tag I had from my husbands mum, who we sadly lost this year. I’d sent a message via their contact form on website, was fairly late in the evening so wasn’t expecting a response but Kasia responded within 10 minutes to confirm they would be able to do the engraving I needed no problem. Placed my order and it was made and dispatched so quickly. Received earlier in the week and it is just stunning, I cannot wait to give this watch to my husband for Christmas all with his mums handwriting on the back.

Absolutely amazing service. I ordered some watches for my Groomsman at my wedding. The watches were posted out same day. But because of the royal mail strikes, the package got stuck for over 2 weeks. As my wedding day approached, I became increasingly nervous that the watches wouldn't arrive in time. So I spoke to Kasia at Architect watches and they immediately dispatched some more. Those got stuck too so they dispatched a third package to me. Which arrived overnight, a day before my wedding! Architect watches, and Kasia saved the day.

I was a bit weary about the website as it didn’t have a lot of reviews but I decided to go ahead with the order, I did purchase it last minute and asked if it could be done in time, Kasia was a fantastic help , engraved it that morning and sent it first class!
