Two-Year International Warranty

We like to look after our customers so we go above and beyond with our returns policy. Life is already complex enough, we keep things simple and no receipt is required.

We offer a two-year international warranty on all watches. The warranty does not cover wear and tear on the strap, battery life, glass breakage and/or battery replacement. 

Due to the nature of engraved gifts, these cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty. If the watch is not engraved, we offer a 30-day return policy.

All returns will be credited back to the same card they were purchased on.

In the case of faulty product, we will cover the costs of standard shipping of the replacement watch, within the United Kingdom.
