We like to look after our customers so we go above and beyond with our returns policy. Life is already complex enough, we keep things simple and no receipt is required.
We offer a two-year international warranty on all bracelets.
Due to the nature of engraved gifts, these cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.
All returns will be credited back to the same card they were purchased on.
In the case of faulty product, we will cover the costs of standard shipping of the replacement bracelet, within the United Kingdom.
Will I have to pay customs import charges if delivery is outside of the United Kingdom?
There is a chance that you will have to pay a customs tax when the item is delivered (if being delivered outside of the United Kindgom). The rules and regulations vary from country to country, therefore we recommend you check your local tax rules. The average customs tax is 15-25% of the price of the item.

How quick can I get my watch?
We engrave & dispatch all watchs within 1-business day and all deliveries are tracked, meaning you can get your engraved watch very fast.
Can you engrave emoji's, symbols & different languages?
Yes. There is not much we can't engrave. If you want something specific, please just put the details in the notes at the checkout. We can also engrave most languages.
Can you engrave more characters than stated?
Yes. There is technically no limit. We put a limit in place as we think the size of the text for the recomendation is perfect. We can engrave more characters, it just means the text will be proportionally smaller. Just put a note in the cart notes (before the checkout) or email us with the request.

What countries does this work in?
The first debit/credit card you add must be from the UK or any EEA country. You can then use the bracelet for payments globally.
What are the monthly costs?
Zero. Zip. Nothing. As standard, you can use your bracelet and the mobile app for all payments at no cost. There are optional paid for plans with additional benefits (like more cashback options).
Does this use a battery?
No. Our payment technology is passive NFC, meaning there is no battery. You do not need to charge the bracelet.
How does it work with the mobile app?
When you set up your bracelet for payments, you download the supported mobile app. Once you add your debit/credit cards, you then link your bracelet (full instructions are provided). Once all setup, you can start spending by tapping your bracelet, you don't even need your mobile phone with you when making a payment.
How secure is this?
We partner with Curve & MasterCard which offers full banking security. All transactions are protected with up to £100,000 cover. If you misplace the bracelet, you can disable the payments remotely from your mobile app.
